Good morning friends, I am Kym and I am an Independent Epicure Consultant. I am single, I live in Bowmanville, Ontario and I have rejoined Epicure a year ago end of January 2022.
I live alone and that often is a challenge cooking for one. With the high cost of food these days, I am always looking for ways to stretch a dollar, specifically when it comes to food and meal time. I work full time outside of the house, so when I get home I don't always feel like cooking. Sunday's are meal prep days but again, I am single and cooking for one isn't always fun. See I came from a big family, or what I would call a big family, there were 6 of us in total and so learning how to cook, it was always family size. That is awesome if you have a family of 4 or if you want to eat the same thing for a week, or have a large walk in freezer where you can store leftovers. I do not.
So I have learned how to make smaller meals, don't get me wrong there are times I set out to make a smaller meal and end up with enough to feed the army. I am still learning lol. However the Epicure meal solution packages make this a snap. The packages are usually 4 -6 servings and cutting them in half, if you have a good eye, I do not, or a good kitchen scale, ah that I do. This becomes a quick and easy task.
Dinner for one and usually enough leftover for lunch or dinner the next day, depending on my schedule. Voila
And have I mentioned most of these meals are raw to ready in 30 min or less.. win win... I can get in the kitchen, do what I love, (I go live on my facebook VIP group most nights or upload the video to my You Tube channel) and cook, I am no chef but I can make some pretty good meals. Dinner is usually ready in 30 minutes, dishes get either loaded into the dishwasher or washed by hand and voila dinner is done. Time for me.
Ok so enough about me... My promise to my customers, friends, and family is that if you have a meal solution, purchased from me or not, and it isn't your favorite or meh you didn't like it. Contact me, let me see if I can find another recipe for you which you will like, NOPE I don't like the flavor and I will never ever buy this again, no problem, contact me, let me switch it out for something you do like. See this is my passion, I love sharing this product, I love helping anyone eat healthier and cleaner, but most of all I want you all to be happy and satisfied with the products you have.
