Good Morning,
I haven't posted in a bit and all of a sudden July is almost over. A friend was over for dinner last night, we barbequed steak, Oh Canada seasoned potatoes, fresh yellow beans and Extra Ordinary Cheese dip YUM. For dessert we had Luscious lemon curd with fresh strawberries and light whip cream. YUM
Anyways back to my original thought, sitting on the deck enjoying the warm evening air and she said, wow summer is 1/2 over. I almost cried. We look forward to the warm summer weather for so long during the year, the pool parties, BBQ's and evenings on the patio socializing. I suddenly realized that I haven't been enjoying the summer like I planned to do, so a to do list.
To Do List
spend more time in the pool
spend more time on the deck socializing
So one week left in July, what is new, well after a discussion with my boss and realizing his plan to retire in 5 years sent me into a tizzy (is that a word????) I suddenly saw myself behind the counter at the local Tim's asking would you like a donut with that? Don't get me wrong, I am not putting people down who are working at Tim's, I totally respect them and love my coffee. I had a good long talk with myself and decided that I had an opportunity present itself that if I worked at it I could grow a business that would replace that Corporate paycheck and allow me to work the hours I want. WOW... So I started sharing the business opportunity and have already sponsored two new consultants.
This business may not be for everyone, but there are people out there just like me, looking for some additional monthly income to make ends meet each month, to fund travel or retirement funds, or even to fund education funds for their kids. Heck some may even be looking to fund their fancy shoe fetish funds. Whatever the reason, there are people out there looking for it and if I share with enough people hopefully I can find them.
So here I am, I am pumped and ready to do the work. I hope you will follow me along on this journey.
Today I am going live to show how to cook corn on the cob in our Multi Purpose steamer and making sheet pan Chicken souvlaki for dinner ( my live videos are on facebook at cooking clean with Kym). Friday afternoon I made sweet banana bread in 8 minutes in the microwave, I made two and hate to say that there is a half a loaf left on Sunday lol. It was delicious. I need to figure out if I can attach live videos to my blog...
Well I am off to meal prep for the week ahead. I find if I spend 1/2 an hour today planning the week, it saves time and money. I make my grocery list and can save myself by making one trip to the grocery store, cleaning and prepping my groceries for the week. Stay tuned I will post my meal plan for the week and the grocery list, then I will post my schedule for what I am making this week.
Well I hope you have an amazing Sunday, it's raining here and I have a list of things to do but am taking ME time to capture my thoughts and meal prep for the week.
