Change and Time flies

Good morning, it is April 26th and it has been awhile since I have blogged.  

So many changes in the past few months, I encountered a quick pack up and vacate premises, having to find a new place to land and then move and unpack, all in such a short period of time.  So a few things suffered and one was my blog, but I am happy to report I am all moved into my new home, unpacked and settling in nicely.

Change is something that is very hard for some people, and yes I am one of t hose people.  However, a change is a good as a rest and as the saying goes, along with change comes a new beginning.

And that my friends is where we are at, a new beginning.  My Epicure business is growing and I am hoping to expand and reach more households who are looking for healthy, delicious time saving meal solutions.  I am looking at expanding into pantry consultations/ makeovers and I am ready to meet you where you are.  I am here for you, one on one meal consultations, meal prepping solutions / ideas, kid friendly meals, dietary restricted meals you name it I am here to help.  We launched a new catalog the beginning of April and I am late to the game with this but this season is all about Burgers, fries and shakes.  Yes even healthy meal solutions can be made interesting, tasty and fun.

Let's not forget the milkshake, or the soda.  We have a new POP Shop tea which cold brewed and add some club soda and you have a delicious cola drink without the caffine or sugar.  Oh and let's not forget our Strawberry Margarita mix, delicious as a mocktail or a boozy bevy, also delicious in yoghurt or cakes and cookies.
